Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box (6 oz) seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchini, chopped onion, chopped celery, shredded cheddar cheese, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the zucchini mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. In a separate small bowl, combine the stuffing mix and melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the buttered stuffing mix evenly over the zucchini mixture in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
