- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Whisk together flour and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter.

- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes before cooking for best results.
