A refreshing and easy-to-make non-alcoholic drink perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, strawberries, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract all the liquid. Discard solids.
- Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the watermelon-strawberry mixture over the ice, filling about two-thirds of the glass.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, add a few more strawberries or a small piece of frozen banana.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- You can make the base mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
