Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend watermelon, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until slushie consistency forms.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a thinner texture, reduce ice or add a splash of water.
- Use frozen watermelon for an extra-chilled slushie.
