Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced plums
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples and plums.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free oat flour, almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
