Description
A non-alcoholic, plant-based version of the classic espresso martini.
Ingredients

- 2 oz strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 oz maple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a coupe or martini glass.
- Combine the chilled coffee, maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold and a good foam forms on top.
- Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with three coffee beans on the foam surface.
Notes
- Use cold brew concentrate for the strongest coffee flavor.
- Adjust maple syrup amount based on your preferred sweetness level.
