Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir continuously.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
