A simple and delicious breakfast sandwich recipe using croissants.

			- 2 croissants
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 slices cheese
 - 2 slices cooked bacon or ham
 - Butter
 
Instructions
- Slice croissants in half horizontally.
 - Butter the cut sides of the croissants and toast them lightly.
 - Cook eggs to your preference (fried or scrambled).
 - Place cheese, bacon or ham, and cooked eggs on the bottom half of each croissant.
 - Top with the other half of the croissant.
 
Notes
- You can add your favorite hot sauce or other condiments.
 - For a richer flavor, use butter to cook the eggs.
