Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  5. Pour filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
  10. Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
