- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Pour filling over the crust.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
- Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
- Do not overbake the cheesecake.
- Chill the cheesecake completely before adding toppings.
