- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Place the frozen mango, pineapple, coconut milk, orange juice, and lime juice into a blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water or extra juice until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use only frozen fruit and less liquid.
- You can substitute almond milk for coconut milk if preferred.
