Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Add more coconut water if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use all frozen fruit.
- You can substitute kale for spinach if you prefer.
