A refreshing and healthy smoothie made with tropical fruits and chia seeds.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water (or more, to reach desired consistency)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water or coconut milk and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add more frozen fruit.
- You can substitute almond milk or regular milk for coconut milk.
- Add a squeeze of lime juice for extra zest.
