Description
Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies made with white, milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Soft, chewy, and perfect for sharing or freezing.

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chunks evenly throughout the dough.
- Chill the dough for at least 1 hour (or freeze pre-scooped dough balls for 30 minutes if short on time).
- Scoop 2-tablespoon-sized dough balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until the edges are just set and the centers are still soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Chilling the dough is key to prevent spreading and enhance flavor.
- Use a cookie scoop for uniform cookies and even baking.
- For added appeal, press a few chocolate chips on top of each dough ball before baking.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Microwave baked cookies for 8–10 seconds to restore gooey texture.
