- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the simmering soup, stirring gently to create ribbons.
- Serve hot over cooked egg noodles, garnished with green onions.
