A creamy and delicious dessert made with three types of milk, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 packet (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the mixture over low heat until gelatin dissolves completely.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Combine the gelatin mixture with the milk mixture and stir well.
- Pour into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and spread over the gelatin before serving.
Notes
- Chill the dessert well for best results.
- You can add fruit toppings for extra flavor.
- Use a silicone mold for easy removal.
