- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 12-count refrigerated biscuit dough
- 12 cupcake liners
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place cupcake liners in a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, green onions, black olives, and diced tomatoes.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly. Press one flattened biscuit into each cupcake liner, pressing up the sides.
- Spoon taco mixture evenly into each biscuit-lined cup.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the taco mixture.
