Ingredients

- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 small frozen waffles, toasted
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Top with one slice of cheese and one toasted waffle.
- Place the second waffle on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and cut in half.

- You can use any bread you prefer.
