Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar.
  2. Gradually add water and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Divide the batter into two portions.
  4. Add a few drops of red food coloring to one portion and green food coloring to the other. Mix well.
  5. Cover the bowls and microwave each portion on high for 1 minute. Stir.
  6. Microwave for another minute, or until the dough is translucent and cooked through.
  7. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch.
