Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Red food coloring
- Green food coloring
- Cornstarch for dusting
- Optional: White chocolate chips or red bean paste for filling
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar.
- Gradually add water and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Divide the batter into two portions.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring to one portion and green food coloring to the other. Mix well.
- Cover the bowls and microwave each portion on high for 1 minute. Stir.
- Microwave for another minute, or until the dough is translucent and cooked through.
- Dust a clean surface with cornstarch.
- Turn out the dough and knead gently until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small pieces.
- Flatten each piece, add filling if desired, and shape into balls.
- Dust with more cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Arrange on a serving platter.
