Delicious pork chops glazed with sweet honey garlic sauce served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return pork chops to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with milk and butter.
- Serve pork chops with mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- Use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
