  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced ham, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the ham and cream cheese mixture evenly into the bell peppers.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
