- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, combine diced ham, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Spoon the ham and cream cheese mixture evenly into the bell peppers.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
Notes
- You can use any type of cooked ham.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
