A delicious no-bake cheesecake with a sweet and crunchy strawberry topping.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup crushed Golden Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill for 2 hours.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
- Fold in diced strawberries.
- Combine crushed Golden Oreo cookies and 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Pour gelatin mixture over cheesecake. Sprinkle with cookie mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
- Chill the gelatin until it reaches a syrupy consistency before adding strawberries.
- You can substitute other berries for the strawberries.
