Description
Simple, cold popsicles made with strawberries, yogurt, and honey for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Place strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice into a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To serve, run the outside of the mold briefly under warm water.
Notes
- Use frozen strawberries for a thicker mixture.
- Adjust honey amount based on the sweetness of your strawberries.
- For a dairy-free option, substitute the Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt.
