- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
- Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
