- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add tofu cubes and cook until lightly browned.
- Add bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot.

- Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if preferred.
