- 2–3 green chilies, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry until browned and slightly crispy.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced green chilies and stir-fry for another minute.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork belly and chilies.
- Toss to coat evenly and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
