Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 4 sausages (pork or chicken)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss in cooked pasta and sliced sausages. Mix well to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
