- 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the ravioli according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ravioli, dried spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can substitute half of the chicken broth with dry white wine.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of chicken broth slightly.
