- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons piri-piri sauce (or other hot sauce)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, piri-piri sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken pieces in a large resealable bag or bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Adjust piri-piri sauce quantity for desired spice level.
- Grilling time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces and grill temperature.
