Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar or simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water or sparkling water
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Tajin or chili-lime seasoning for rim (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using, wet the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and dip into Tajin or chili-lime seasoning.
  2. Combine frozen mango chunks, lime juice, agave nectar, water, chili powder, and salt in a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Fill your prepared glass with ice.
  5. Pour the mango mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish with a lime slice. Serve immediately.
