Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, add jalapeños, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to the pan. Add honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 more minutes.
