Description
A quick and flavorful stir-fry with tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and spicy jalapeños.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Mix chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add jalapeños, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan. Add honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Notes
- Use gloves when handling jalapeños.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
