- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
- Marinate wings for at least 30 minutes for more intense flavor.
- Can be cooked in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
