Ingredients

- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and grated zucchini.
- Combine dry ingredients and mix into the batter.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
