- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- Mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the pork with forks.
- Serve on buns or as desired.
