Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat slow cooker on high.
- Season chicken and ribeye with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Place chicken and ribeye in slow cooker, pour garlic butter over.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and parmesan.
- Roast potatoes at 400°F for 30 minutes until golden.
- Serve meat with crispy potatoes.

- Check meat tenderness after 3.5 hours.
