Tender chicken and ribeye slow-cooked in garlic butter, served with crispy parmesan potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat slow cooker on high.
  2. Season chicken and ribeye with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Place chicken and ribeye in slow cooker, pour garlic butter over.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  6. Toss potatoes with olive oil and parmesan.
  7. Roast potatoes at 400°F for 30 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve meat with crispy potatoes.
