- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 200g noodles
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Push shrimp to one side of the pan. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble.
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together.
- Sprinkle black pepper and serve hot.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or carrots if desired.
