A delicious and easy-to-make quiche filled with spinach and feta cheese.

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Scatter spinach and feta cheese evenly over the bottom of the crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over the spinach and feta.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen spinach, just make sure it’s thawed and squeezed dry.
- Add other vegetables like onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Try different cheeses like goat cheese or cheddar.
