Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and Parmesan cheese until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in red onion and zucchini.
