- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 2 tablespoons salted caramel syrup
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
- Sea salt flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and set aside.
- In a saucepan, warm the cashew milk over medium heat. Do not boil.
- Whisk in the salted caramel syrup and cashew butter until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the warm cashew milk mixture into your brewed coffee.
- Stir well to combine.
- Pour the latte into your favorite mug.
- Top with whipped cream and sea salt flakes if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger cashew flavor, use homemade cashew milk.
- Adjust the amount of salted caramel syrup to your sweetness preference.
- If you don’t have cashew butter, almond butter can be substituted.
