- 1 (12 ounce) can root beer
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Pour root beer into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Whisk milk and pudding mix together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the cooled root beer reduction.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra root beer flavor, you can add a few drops of root beer extract to the filling.
- Top with additional whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream before serving.
