Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Pour root beer into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. Whisk milk and pudding mix together in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooled root beer reduction.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
