Description

A creamy and flavorful hummus dip made with roasted red peppers.


Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons water, or more as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
