- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Place the sausage links on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the sausages.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper evenly over the sausages.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through the cooking time.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add sliced onions or bell peppers to the baking sheet for roasting alongside the sausage.
- For crispier skin, you can broil the sausages for the last 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
