Simple recipe for crispy roasted broccoli with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the broccoli florets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the broccoli and toss again.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the broccoli.
- Return to the oven and roast for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spread the florets in a single layer without overcrowding the pan.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
