Instructions

- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts and grapes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
