A refreshing summer drink combining cucumbers and lemons for a crisp, hydrating beverage.
Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 4 lemons, juiced
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Blend cucumbers with 1 cup water until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber mixture to remove pulp.
- Mix cucumber juice, lemon juice, remaining water, and sweetener.
- Stir well until sweetener dissolves.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/sugar.
- For a fizzy version, replace half the water with sparkling water.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
