A simple recipe for raspberry chia seed pudding sweetened naturally with maple syrup.

- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well to prevent clumping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the mixture thickens.
- Stir the pudding again before serving.
- Top with fresh raspberries.
Notes
- If using frozen raspberries, you can gently warm them slightly before stirring them in for a warmer pudding base.
- Adjust the amount of maple syrup to your preferred sweetness level.
- For a thicker pudding, increase the chia seed amount slightly.
