- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup water or milk alternative
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Place the spinach and liquid into a blender. Blend until the spinach is smooth.
- Add the frozen pineapple chunks and banana, if using.
- Blend until completely smooth, adding more liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with chia seeds, if using. Serve immediately.

- Use frozen pineapple for a thicker, colder smoothie without adding ice.
