- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen pineapple, frozen mango, orange juice, and yogurt into a blender.
- Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of water or more orange juice and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use all frozen fruit.
- Substitute almond milk for orange juice for a different flavor base.
