A refreshing and fruity lemonade infused with pineapple and a hint of citrus, perfect for holiday celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Pineapple slices and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Puree the pineapple chunks in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the pineapple puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
- Add the lemon juice and sugar to the pineapple juice in the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the Pineapple Lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with pineapple slices and lemon slices, if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter lemonade, add more sugar to your preference.
- For a less sweet lemonade, reduce the sugar or omit it entirely.
- You can make this ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
- For a sparkling version, substitute some of the water with sparkling water.
