A refreshing and healthy lemonade with pineapple, ginger, turmeric, and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine pineapple chunks and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- Stir in ground turmeric, fresh lemon juice, and sweetener (if using).
- Add cold water and stir well.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- For a stronger ginger flavor, add more ginger.
- Adjust sweetener to your taste.
- This lemonade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
