A refreshing and tropical smoothie made with pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Combine frozen pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and shredded coconut in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thinner smoothie, add more coconut milk.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less coconut milk or add a few ice cubes.
- You can substitute almond milk or regular milk for coconut milk.
